Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping to the European Union We ship to all EU countries. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
- Standard shipping: 10–21 business days
- Express shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
